Abstract	The 90s could testify the beginning of the end of the tradicional organization. A century dominated by one kind of organization -- the mecanical bureaucracy -- is been given place, slowly, to a new age. The organizations are been forced to reformulate themselves in order to survive and have some prosperity. And so are the workers been requested to reformulate their role.
