| Description | Paper which is in effect a joint product of the TAC and CGIAR Secretariats proposing the transfer to restricted core of 50 special projects worth US$12.6 million in 1983 funding. These projects were considered by TAC as suitable to be included in IARC core programs. The transfer would attract additional funding from the US and in the longer run the World Bank, whose contributions were based on total core contributions.
