| Abstract | We build a basic theory for algebroid functions on complex manifolds including several closely related topics such as uniformization problems, Nevanlinna theory, propagation of algebraic dependence and unicity problems, which is a development of the classical theory for algebroid functions on the complex plane. To the best of our knowledge, it is the first result for algebroid functions on a nontrivial complex manifold after H. Poincar\'e proposed the notion of algebroid functions. |
