| Abstract | Communications of IT boxes need control. For IT boxes standing on floors, the control is done by wiring the boxes to some machines that specialize in controlling communications. Since through the wires the controlling machines can see the addresses of the wired IT boxes, the control of communications is done by the controlling machines working on the address information. Today in a paradigm shift, IT boxes are more and more standing on intelligent and distributed software: hypervisors. However, the industry remains in a legacy momentum of controlling communications by hypervisors still working only on the address information. This is not only under using the intelligence of hypervisors in capturing the identities of the IT boxes standing on them, but worse, making some infamous problems associated with working on addresses to get inhered into the new way of life of networking. We identify problems of today's secure network virtualization due to its negligence in using the intelligence and distributed power of hypervisors, and propose to use hypervisors to work on the identities of IT boxes to increase the controlling power. The result is a new technology for network virtualization with many useful applications including secure multi-tenancy in cloud computing. This work will manifest the powerful role of cryptography in leveraging the intelligence and distributed power of hypervisors. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
