Abstract	Many countries interest in the subway environment starts increasing rapidly nowadays. Above all, they are getting highly interested in the quality of air inside passenger cars. Although a research on the appearance of CO2 concentration than a base value inside passenger cars has been advanced a lot due to such increasing interest, there are not still definite effective solutions found. CO2 exceeding a tolerance value has adverse effects on passengers' health such as an increase in blood pressure, fatigue level, and stress or feeling of headache or nausea. This research was performed to design a passenger-scattering IoT system in order to settle the above problems and to increase passengers' satisfaction level in the subway. The purpose of this research is to construct a passenger-scattering IoT system by estimating the saturation of passengers and providing passengers with feedback, using data of CO2 concentration appearing inside the vehicle.
