The computer manager

Content Provider ACM Digital Library
Author Gotterer, Malcolm H.
Abstract The manager of data processing or computation in an organization faces a variety of problems both technical and managerial. Little has been done, at this time, to determine what the unique characteristics of this particular manager might be. This research was therefore undertaken in an effort to learn some of the general attributes about computer managers. The research project is expected to continue into the future; therefore, this is a preliminary report.
