Abstract	It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the full day workshop titled "Ethics in Networked Systems Research" at the ACM SIGCOMM Conference 2015 in London. This workshop builds on a series of workshops held in various places in 2015 and will continue the tradition to bring together two distinct groups of researchers: Computer scientists, network scientists and other technical researchers who are interested in the ethical and legal aspects of their work; Researchers studying the various ethical, social scientific and legal aspects of data-driven projects in the field of computer and data communication networks. The call for submissions for summaries of projects or ideas in this cross-disciplinary area has attracted a many short papers, the topics and themes of which will influence the proceedings of the day. All submissions have been accepted due to the overall high quality as well as the relevant topics they raise. The workshop will be highly interactive. Several authors will be asked to give short presentations of their submissions, and others will be invited to respond briefly. These sessions will lead into interactive discussions in smaller groups, which will lead to concrete outcomes. The aim of the day is to have in-depth discussions about the ethics of computer science, network engineering, Internet measurement, and related fields. The outcomes will be an increased inter-disciplinary understanding of the issues for participants, as well as significant community initiated contributions to tools, guidelines, and other initiatives that are currently being developed to support ethical decision making in networked systems research.
