Abstract	Smart house aims to improve the lives of people by meeting their needs and providing them with the comfort and well-being they desire. On the other hand, it should ensure good energy management by controlling all equipment of home. And to do this, it must allow the delegation of service between these equipment, example, if the heating is down it is replaced with the air conditioner. But the residents of this house have not necessarily the same needs or the same vision of comfort, which often created conflicts. In the following, we propose a service conflict management for detecting and resolving conflicts of multi-users in a smart home. The conflict occurs when users access to the same service remotely via the Web or being in the house. We describe house's services and define the types of conflicts. Then we introduce the concept of the necessary and preferred profiles to resolve conflict.
