| Abstract | Welcome to TEFSE, the 3rd international ACM workshop on Traceability of Emerging Forms of Software Engineering. TEFSE 2005 brings together researchers and practitioners to consider the challenges associated with generating and maintaining traceability for the many forms and faces of software engineering. We expect the presentations and discussions in this workshop to facilitate the definition of challenges, ideas, and approaches for the traceability researcher and practitioner. This year the TEFSE 2005 is co-located with the 20th IEEE/ACM International Conference on Automated Software Engineering (ASE) 2005 in Long Beach, California. We greatly appreciated the organizational and logistical support provided to us by the ASE 2005 organizing committee.TEFSE was established in 2002. In this third offering, we have attracted participants from around the world. We were pleased to have received 14 submissions from five countries. Of these, 13 were selected for publication and presentation in the workshop. The high acceptance level represents the quality of the submitted papers rather than the need to accept this number of papers. Each paper was reviewed by at least three members of the program committee. We greatly appreciated the efforts the program committee members put forth on reviewing and supporting this event. Additionally, this year the published proceedings are available through the ACM Digital Library.Papers have been arranged into sessions relating to the "order of tracing" (i.e., pre-tracing concerns, tracing concerns, and post-tracing concerns) in order to spur discussion of key concepts. Researchers are encouraged to bring their laptops to demonstrate their work/tool to others on the breaks and after the workshop. We hope this provides the interested parties the opportunity to learn more details about other work in the field. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.

NDLI is a conglomeration of freely available or institutionally contributed or donated or publisher managed contents. Almost all these contents are hosted and accessed from respective sources. The responsibility for authenticity, relevance, completeness, accuracy, reliability and suitability of these contents rests with the respective organization and NDLI has no responsibility or liability for these. Every effort is made to keep the NDLI portal up and running smoothly unless there are some unavoidable technical issues.
Ministry of Education, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT), has sponsored and funded the National Digital Library of India (NDLI) project.
