Abstract	Welcome to Kennesaw State University and the Forty-third annual ACM Southeast Conference. We are very excited with the quantity and quality of our presenters. This year's program includes an impressive collection of papers, tutorials/workshops, panels, undergraduate and graduate student posters and faculty posters as well as internationally known keynote speakers and high tech companies exhibiting their products. Many thanks to all contributors for their efforts. Special thanks for every member of the ACMSE Program Committee --- particularly Meg Murray, Hisham Haddad, Ken Hoganson, Kim King, Jose Garrido, Victor Clincy, Venu Dasigi and Ahmad Ghafarian.This year's conference has exceeded the number of submissions, acceptances and attendees of previous ACMSE Conferences. Despite the large numbers of submissions, all were refereed. Acceptance rates were 60% for Papers, 58% for Graduate Student Posters, 67% for Undergraduate Student Posters, 76% for Faculty Posters, and 79% for Workshops/Tutorials/Panels.In addition to the regular conference activities, we would like to invite attendees to participate in tourist and social activities that will follow the conference. Please refer to the conference web site at http://acmse.kennesaw.edu for more information.We also like to welcome you to next year's conference hosted by the Florida Institute of Technology located in Melbourne, Florida (March 17-19, 2006).Again, I welcome you to the 43rd ACM Southeast Conference, the campus of Kennesaw State University, and to the greater Atlanta area.
