Abstract	The hallmark of every research is to ensure that findings to problems are achieved within a time frame. Basically research requires an adequate knowledge and competitive self-ideas of perceived information's gathered from the daily challenges that human encounter within our immediate environment. Within the scope of experimental studies, clinical trials, Quasi-experiments and beyond. e-learning will serve as a diagnostic tool for the learner, by providing him/her with adequate and appropriate information's based on his abilities and disabilities, a learner can be of great interest if his/her basic needs are put in place to ensure maximum performance in his tasks, research designs are scientifically oriented thereby requires critical thinking and conclusions from the learning process. Statistical parameters and procedures with the aid of current information technology apparatus like; EpIINFO and SPSS in analyzing data.
