| Abstract | In this paper we introduce a three-level (multi-)user-centric stack of communication services, consisting of: 1) (multi)point-to-(multi)point data transport protocols and algorithms, 2) a communication overlay based on the (multi-)point-to-(multi-)point data transport protocols, and 3) high-level communication services based on the communication overlay (e.g. multicast, data storage and retrieval). We present the main problems addressed at each level, how the various levels connect to each other, as well as initial experimental results. |
