| Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin component for a vehicle capable of forming a protrusion by using an inclined slide mold even for molding parts facing at narrow intervals, and to provide a method for production thereof.SOLUTION: In a rail cover 10, shelf parts 34 moldable by a cavity and a core are formed on one facing sidewall part 10C, and claw parts 32 moldable by an inclined slide mold K1 are protrusion-formed from the shelf parts 34 toward the direction of the other facing sidewall part 10C. The claw part 32 is molded by moving a pair of inclined slide molds K1 from a molding position toward the facing sidewall part 10C at mold releasing and then drawing off the paired inclined slide molds K1 forward (toward an arrow B direction in Fig. 5). |
