| Abstract | A medical image diagnosis system according to one embodiment includes a gantry, a couch, a reflecting plate, and a processing circuitry. The gantry is for medical imaging having a bore. The couch movably supports a top plate. The reflecting plate reflects an image output from an image output device. The processing circuitry, in a first case where the image is shown to an observer not through the reflecting plate, outputs a first image signal relating to a first image to the image output device. While in a second case where the image is shown to the observer through the reflecting plate, The processing circuitry outputs a second image signal relating to a second image to the image output device. |

| Claim | A medical image diagnosis system comprising: a gantry for medical imaging having a bore; a couch configured to movably support a top plate; a reflecting plate configured to reflect an image output from an image output device; and a processing circuitry configured to output a first image signal relating to a first image to the image output device in a first case where the image is shown to an observer not through the reflecting plate and output a second image signal relating to a second image to the image output device in a second case where the image is shown to the observer through the reflecting plate. The medical image diagnosis system according to claim 1 , wherein the first case is a case where an auxiliary device equipped with the couch or the reflecting plate takes a mode of showing the first image to an observer not through the reflecting plate; and the second case is a case where the auxiliary device equipped with the couch or the reflecting plate takes a mode of showing the second image to the observer through the reflecting plate. The medical image diagnosis system according to claim 1 , further comprising: a detector configured to output a position signal of a construction of the couch or a construction of an auxiliary device equipped with a the reflecting plate, wherein the processing circuitry determines whether the construction of the couch or the construction of the auxiliary device is in a first mode for the first case or in a second mode for the second case based on the position signa The medical image diagnosis system according to claim 3 , wherein the detector outputs the position signal relating to a position relating to at least any one of the top plate, the reflecting plate, and a support body which supports the reflecting plate; and the processing circuitry determines whether the construction of the couch or the construction of the auxiliary device is in the first mode or in the second mode based on comparison between the position signal and a reference value set in advance. The medical image diagnosis system according to claim 4 , wherein the detector outputs the position signal relating to a position of the top plate in a vertical direction or in a horizontal direction; and the processing circuitry determines whether the top plate is in the first mode or in the second mode based on comparison between the position signal and the reference value relating to a position of the top plate in the vertical direction or in the horizontal direction. The medical image diagnosis system according to claim 4 , wherein the detector outputs the position signal relating to a rotation angle of the reflecting plate; and the processing circuitry determines whether the reflecting plate is in the first mode or in the second mode based on comparison between the position signal and the reference value relating to the rotation angle of the reflecting plate. The medical image diagnosis system according to claim 4 , wherein the support body is provided on the top plate slidably with respect to a horizontal direction; the detector outputs the position signal relating to a position of the support body in the horizontal direction; and the processing circuitry determines whether the support body is in the first mode or in the second mode based on comparison between the position signal and a reference value of the support body with respect to the horizontal direction. The medical image diagnosis system according to claim 3 , wherein the detector output the position signal indicating whether a position relating to at least any one of the top plate, the reflecting plate, and the support body which supports the reflecting plate matches a reference point set in advance; and the processing circuitry determines that at least one of the top plate, the reflecting plate, and the support body is either in the first mode and the second mode based on the position signa The medical image diagnosis system according to claim 1 , wherein the first image and the second image have the same contents; the second image is an image obtained by inverting the first image or an image obtained by rotating the first image around a center point of the first image by a predetermined angle. The medical image diagnosis system according to claim 9 , wherein the processing circuitry outputs the second image signal so that the second image is replayed from a first, the first frame corresponds a time going back by predetermined time from a second frame, the second frame is a frame of the first image at a time of switching from the first case to the second case. The medical image diagnosis system according to claim 1 , wherein the first image and the second image have different contents. The medical image diagnosis system according to claim 1 , further comprising: a screen unit disposed in the bore, wherein the image output device is a projector which projects the image to the screen unit; and the screen unit has a screen on which the image is projected from the projector, the reflecting plate which reflects the image projected on the screen, and the support body which supports the reflecting plate. The medical image diagnosis system according to claim 12 , wherein the screen unit is connected to the top plate. The medical image diagnosis system according to claim 1 , wherein the image output device is a display device which displays the image; and the reflecting plate reflects the image displayed on the display device. A magnetic resonance imaging apparatus comprising: a gantry for magnetic resonance imaging having a bore; a couch configured to movably support a top plate; a screen unit disposed in the bore and configured to have a screen to which an image projected from a projector, a reflecting plate which reflects the image projected on the screen, and a support body which supports the reflecting plate; and a processing circuitry configured to output a first image signal relating to a first image to the projector in a first case where the image is shown to an observer not through the reflecting plate and output a second image signal relating to a second image in a second case where the image is shown to the observer through the reflecting plate. A image projecting method by a computer connected to an image output device, comprising: determining whether a couch on which an observer is placed or an auxiliary device equipped with a reflecting plate which reflects an image output from the image output device is in a first mode where the image is shown to the observer not through the reflecting plate or in a second mode where the image is shown to the observer through the reflecting plate; and outputting a first image signal relating to a first image to the image output device in the case of the first mode and a second image signal relating to a second image to the image output device in the case of the second mode. |
