Claim	An image stabilization apparatus (202) comprising: a fixed member (210); a movable member (220) configured to hold an image stabilization lens (202a) and movable relative to the fixed member on a plane perpendicular to an optical axis (α) of the image stabilization lens; a lock member (500) that is disposed on an outer circumference side of the movable member and can be positioned at a lock position for restricting a movement of the movable member and an unlock position for enabling the movement of the movable member; and a retaining member (510) configured to fix the movable member in an eccentric state when the lock member is located at the lock position. The image stabilization apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that when the lock member is located at the unlock position, the retaining member does not fix the movable member. The image stabilization apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the retaining member includes a lever member (510) having a rotation axis on an outer circumference of the movable member, wherein one of the retaining member and the lock member includes an engaging portion (511), and the other of the retaining member and the locking member includes an engaged portion (504) engaged with the engaging portion. The image stabilization apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that the engaging portion has a convex portion, and the engaged portion has a groove. The image stabilization apparatus according to claim 4, characterized in that the engaged portion is a groove extending in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis. The image stabilization apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that a plurality of retaining members are arranged at different phases on an outer circumference of the movable member. The image stabilization apparatus according to any one of claims claim 1 to 6, characterized in that the retaining member includes a contact portion (513) configured to contact part of the fixed member when the lock member is located at the lock position. The image stabilization apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the retaining member is made of an elastically deformable resin. The image stabilization apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising a driver including a magnet configured to drive the movable member relative to the fixed member, characterized in that when the outer circumference of the movable member is divided into two areas by a straight line passing the optical axis, the retaining member is disposed in an area opposite to an area where the magnet is disposed. The image stabilization apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the retaining member is disposed between the fixed member and the lock member in an optical axis direction. The image stabilization apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the lock member includes a restricting portion (503a, 503b) configured to restrict a rotation range of the lock member. The image stabilization apparatus according to claim 11, further comprising: a second driver (520) configured to rotate the lock member; and a second retaining member (521) configured to hold the second driver, characterized in that the second retaining member includes a contact portion (522) configured to contact the restricting portion when the lock member is located at each of the lock position and the unlock position. The image stabilization apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the lock member is rotatable between the lock position and the unlock position. The image stabilization apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the lock member and the retaining member are integrated with each other. The image stabilization apparatus according to claim 14, characterized in that the lock member and the retaining member are rotatable between the lock position and the unlock position. The image stabilization apparatus according to claim 14, characterized in that the lock member and the retaining member are movable between the lock position and the unlock position in an optical axis direction of the image stabilization lens. A lens apparatus comprising: an image stabilization apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 16; and a movable lens movable along the optical axis. A camera system comprising: a lens apparatus according to claim 17; and an imaging apparatus including an image sensor configured to photoelectrically convert an object image formed via the lens apparatus.
