| Claim | A connecting system, comprising a connecting element (1), comprising a metal substrate having two opposite joining surfaces, wherein the joining surfaces are provided with hard particles, which are fixed on the metal substrate by means of a metallic binder layer, and wherein the metal substrate has at least one opening (3) having an outer contour (5) and an inner hole (6), and wherein at the outer contour (5) of the opening (3) there is at least one extension (7) of the metal substrate, wherein the at least one extension is directed towards the inner hole (6) of the opening (3), and at least one fastening element (8), wherein the number of fastening elements corresponds to the number of openings (3) of the metal substrate of the connecting element, and wherein the at least one fastening element (8) has a shaft (11) and a head (12); wherein the diameter of the inner hole (6) of the at least one opening (3) is at least the diameter of the shaft (11) of the fastening element so that the shaft (11) can be inserted into the inner hole (6) of the at least one opening (3). The connecting system of claim 1, wherein the diameter of the inner hole is at least the diameter of the shaft of the fastening element, multiplied by a factor of 1.05 and he diameter of the inner hole is at most the diameter of the shaft of the fastening element, multiplied by a factor of 1.50. The connecting system of claim 1 or 2, wherein the outer contour (5) of the at least one opening (3) of the metal substrate of the connecting element has a circumscribed circle (16), and wherein the diameter of the circumscribed circle (16) is at least the outer diameter of the head of the fastening element and at most the outer diameter of the head of the fastening element multiplied by a factor of 2.0. The connecting system according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the connecting element (1) is planar, and wherein the at least one extension (7) extends in the plane of the connecting element. The connecting system according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the inner hole (6) of the at least one opening (3) is a central hole. The connecting system of any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the at least one extension (7) is provided with hard particles, which are fixed on the metal substrate by means of a metallic binder layer. 7. The connecting system of any of claims 1 to 6, wherein at least one portion of the metallic binder layer and optionally of the hard particles of at least one of the two opposite joining surfaces is coated with at least one layer of a coating material and wherein the coating material is a polymeric materia The connecting system of claim 7, wherein the least one fastening element (8) is a countersunk screw. A device comprising the connecting system according to any of claims 1 to 8 and a first component (9) having a joining surface, wherein the first component (9) has a recess having an upper part (13) at the joining surface of the first component and a lower part, and wherein the lower part of the recess is a bore (10) corresponding to the shaft (11) of the fastening element, and wherein the upper part (13) of the recess has a height being at least the sum of the height of the head (12) of the fastening element and the thickness of the metal substrate and of the metallic binder layer, and wherein the upper part (13) of the recess has a diameter at the joining surface being at least the sum of the diameter of the head (12) of the fastening element and the thickness of the metal substrate and of the metallic binder layer. The device of claim 9, wherein the at least one fastening element (8) is inserted in the inner hole (6) of the at least one opening (3) of the metal substrate and the bore (10) of the first component (9), and wherein the fastening element (8) is fastened, and wherein by fastening of the fastening element (8) the at least one extension (7) of the at least one opening (3) is bent down and is lying at least partially below the head (12) of the fastening element, thereby fixing the connecting element (1) to the first component (9), and wherein the head (12) of the fastening element after fastening the fastening element (8) is not protruding from the connecting element (1). 11. The device of claim 10, further comprising a second component having a joining surface, and wherein the first and second component are frictionally joined with the connecting element. Process for fixing a connecting system according to any of claims 1 to 8 to a first component (9) which has a joining surface, comprising providing a number of the fastening elements corresponding to the number of openings (3) of the metal substrate of the connecting element, providing a recess in the first component, wherein the recess has an upper part (13) at the joining surface and a lower part, and wherein the lower part of the recess is a bore (10) corresponding to the shaft (11) of the at least one fastening element (8) of the connecting system, and wherein the upper part (13) of the recess has a height being at least the sum of the height of the head (12) of the fastening element and the thickness of the metal substrate and of the metallic binder layer, and wherein the upper part (13) of the recess has a diameter at the joining surface being at least the sum of the diameter of the head (12) of the fastening element and the thickness of the metal substrate and of the metallic binder layer, inserting the shaft (11) of the fastening element into the inner hole (6) of the at least one opening (3) of the metal substrate and the bore (10) of the first component (9), fastening the fastening element (8), bending down the at least one extension (7) of the at least one opening (3) by fastening the fastening element (8), and causing the at least one extension (7) to lie at least partially below the head (12) of the fastening element by fastening the fastening element (8), thereby fixing the connecting element (1) to the first component (9), wherein the head (12) of the fastening element after fastening the fastening element (8) is not protruding from the connecting element (1). Process for producing a connecting system according to any of claims 1 to 8, comprising providing a metal substrate having two opposite joining surfaces, providing in the metal substrate at least one opening (3) having an outer contour (5) and an inner hole (6), wherein at the outer contour (5) of the at least one opening (3) there is at least one extension (7) of the metallic substrate, wherein the at least one extension (7) is directed towards the inner hole (6) of the at least one opening (3), coating the joining surfaces with hard particles and fixing them on the metal substrate by means of a metallic binder layer; and providing at least one fastening element (8), wherein the number of fastening elements corresponds to the number of openings (3) of the metal substrate of the connecting element, and wherein the at least one fastening element (8) has a shaft (11) and a head (12); Use of a connecting system according to any of claims 1 to 8, for friction-increasing connection of a first and a second component in energy generation, specifically in wind turbines and hydropower turbines, and in machine, plant, motor vehicle and aircraft construction. |
