| Claim | A method of controlling a light fixture comprising at least one light source emitting light having a spectral characteristic, a first color filter, a second color filter and a third color filter, each color filter has a predetermined spectral filter characteristic which gradually increases across said color filter, said color filters are independently movable and can be arranged in a number of different positions in relation to one another and in relation to said light, said method comprises the steps of: - receiving (230) at least one color parameter relating to the position of said color filters and at least one color temperature parameter relating to the color temperature of said light emitted by said light source; - obtaining (240) a resulting color of said light based on said color parameter, said color temperature parameter and said predetermined spectral filter characteristics of said color filters; - obtaining (250) color filter position parameters indicating the position of said color filters in relation to said light based on said resulting color, said predetermined characteristics of said color filters and said spectral characteristic of said light emitted by said light source; - arranging (260) said color filters in relation to one another and in relation to said light based on color filter parameters, wherein said step of obtaining said resulting color comprises the steps of: - emulating (341) a light source emitting emulated light having an emulated spectral characteristic; - generating (343) a resulting spectrum by applying said color filters to said emulated spectral characteristic according to said color parameter; and - obtaining (345, 347) said resulting color based on said resulting spectrum. The method according to claim 1 characterized in that said step (343) of generating said resulting spectrum comprises a step of convoluting said emulated spectral characteristic with said predetermined spectral filter characteristics of said color filters based on said color parameter. The method according to any one of claims 1-2 characterized in that said emulated spectral characteristic corresponds to a black-body radiation having a color temperature, where the color temperature of said black-body radiation is obtained based on said color temperature parameter. The method according to any of the preceding claims characterized in that said resulting color is further obtained based on predetermined said spectral characteristics of said light emitted by said light source and predetermined spectral filter characteristics of an emulated color correction filter and said step of obtaining said resulting color comprises the steps of: - generating (443) a resulting spectrum by applying said color filters to said light emitted by said light source according to said color parameter and applying said emulated color correction filter to said light emitted by said light source according to said color temperature parameter; - obtaining (445, 347) said resulting color based on resulting spectrum. The method according to claim 4 characterized in that said step (443) generating said resulting spectrum comprises a step (445) of convoluting the spectrum of said light emitted by said light source with said predetermined spectral filter characteristics of said color filters based on said color parameter and with said spectral filter characteristic of said emulated color correction filter. The method according to any one of claims 1-5 characterized in that said step of obtaining said resulting color comprises the step (345) of obtaining the tristimulus values of light having said resulting spectrum. The method according to claim 6 characterized in that said step of obtaining said resulting color comprises the step (347) of obtaining the coordinate of said resulting color in the CIE color space chromaticity diagram based on said tristimulus values. The method according to any one of claims 1-7 characterized in that said step of obtaining (250) color filter position parameters indicating the position of said color filters in relation to said light comprises the steps of: - setting (551) one of said first, second or third filter position parameter to zero; - obtaining (553) the other two filter position parameters based on said resulting color, said predetermined spectral filter characteristics of said color filters and said predetermined spectral characteristics of said light emitted by said light source; - determining (555) if said obtained other two filter position parameters are physical achievable; and - if said obtained other two filter position parameters are physical achievable proceed to said step of arranging said color filters in relation to one another and in relation to said light; or - if at least one of said obtained other two filter position parameters are not physical achievable repeat said step of setting one of said first, second or third filter position parameter to zero by setting a different filter position parameter to zero and repeating said step of obtaining the other two filter position parameters using a different pair of other filter position parameters. The method according to any one of claims 1-8 characterized in that said method comprises a step of determining if said resulting color can be created by said light source and said color filters. The method according to claim 9 characterized in that said method comprises a step of adjusting said resulting color to an adjusted resulting color that can be created by said light source and said color filters A light fixture comprising: - at least one light source emitting a light; - a first color filter, a second color filter and a third color filter, where each color filter has a predetermined spectral filter characteristic which gradually increases across said color filter, said color filters are independently movable by corresponding actuators and can be arranged in a number of different positions in relation to one another and in relation to said light; - a control unit configured to arrange said color filters in relation to one another and in relation to said light; characterized in that said control unit is configured to arrange said color filters in relation to one another and in relation to said light based on the method according to any one of claims 1-9. A light fixture according to claim 11 characterized in that said control unit is configured to generate an activation signal for each of said actuators where each of said activation signals being indicative of the position of said color filters in relation to said light and where said activation signals are generated based on said obtaining color filter position parameters. A light fixture according to any one of claims 11-12 characterized in that said control unit comprises a processor and a memory, where said memory comprises data indicating said predetermined spectral filter characteristics of said color filters, data indicating said predetermined spectral characteristics of said light source and a set of instructions causing said processor to execute the steps of said method according to any one of claims 1-10. A light fixture according to any one of claims 11-13 characterized in that said light fixture comprises said a receiver configured to receive an input signal indicative of said color parameter and said color temperature parameter. A light fixture according to any one of claims 11-14 characterized in that said first color filter is a cyan color filter embodied as a spectral band pass filter allowing light in the cyan region of the light to pass, said second color gilter is a magenta color filter embodied as a spectral band pass filter allowing light in the magenta region of the light to pass and said third color filter is a yellow color filter embodied as a spectral band pass filter allowing light in the yellow region of the light to pass. |
