| Claim | A filter device for a pulsator-type washing machine, comprising: a circulation flow path frame (310) which can be installed on an inner wall of a washing tub (10) of the pulsator-type washing machine, having a first overflow path (320) between the circulation flow path frame (310) and the inner wall of the washing tub (10); and a filter unit (330) on the circulation flow path frame (310) having a second overflow path (340) between the filter unit (330) and the circulation flow path frame (310) and communicating with the first overflow path (320), wherein wash water entering the first overflow path (320) is discharged into the washing tub (10) through a discharge port of the first overflow path (320), wash water entering the second overflow path (340) is discharged into the washing tub (10) through a discharge port of the second overflow path (340), the discharge port of the first overflow path (320) is at the top of the washing tub (10), and the discharge port of the second overflow path (340) is under the discharge port of the first overflow path (320), wherein the filter unit (330) comprises: a case (331) on the circulation flow path frame (310), having an open hole (333) at a surface facing the inside of the washing tub (10); a partition wall (334) coupled to the case (331), such that an outer flow path (341) of the second overflow path (340) is between the circulation flow path frame (310) and the partition wall (334), and an inner flow path (342) of the second overflow path (340) is between the case (331) and the partition wall (334); and a filter (336) disposed removable between the case (331) and the partition wall (334) that filters foreign matter in wash water discharged into the washing tub (10) through the open hole (333), and wherein a bottom of the partition wall (334) is hinged to a bottom of the case (331), wherein part of wash water entering the first overflow path (320) enters the second overflow path (340) and is discharged into the washing tub (10) through the discharge port of the second overflow path (340), wherein the first overflow path (320) comprises: a lower flow path (321) in a space between the inner wall of the washing tub (10) and the bottom of the circulation flow path frame (310), and introducing wash water stored in the washing tub (10); a vertical flow path (322) communicating with the top of the lower flow path (321), formed through a space between the inner wall of the washing tub (10) and the middle portion of the circulation flow path frame (310), having a smaller cross-sectional area than the lower flow path (321), and extending upward to move wash water from the lower flow path (321) in the upward direction, wherein the top of the lower flow path (321) communicates with the vertical flow path (322) and the second overflow path (340), and wash water discharged from the lower flow path (321) diverges into the vertical flow path (322) and the second overflow path (340); and a spraying flow path (323) communicating with the top of the vertical flow path (322), in a space between the inner wall of the washing tub (10) and the top of the circulation flow path frame (310), and discharging wash water from the vertical flow path (322) into the washing tub (10), and the spraying flow path (323) is above the filter unit (330), and characterized in that the spraying flow path (323) comprises: a connection flow path (324) communicating with the top of the vertical flow path (322) and including an internal flow path curved towards the inside of the washing tub (10); and a discharge flow path (325) communicating with the connection flow path (324), having a smaller cross-sectional area than the connection flow path (324), and discharging wash water from the connection flow path (324) into the washing tub (10), wherein the outer flow path (341) communicates with the top of the lower flow path (321) and extends upward to move wash water from the lower flow path (321) in an upward direction, and the inner flow path (342) communicates with the top of the outer flow path (341) and extends downward to guide wash water from the outer flow path (341) to the open hole (333). The filter device of claim 1, further comprising : a balancer connection unit (350) having a balancer connection flow path (324) therein, a lower end of the balancer connection unit (350) is coupled to the top of the circulation flow path frame (310), and an upper end of the balancer connection unit (350) meets a balancer (20) at the top of the washing tub (10) wherein the first overflow path (320) and the balancer connection flow path (324) communicate with each other. The filter device of claim 2, wherein the balancer connection unit (350) comprises a connection body (351) between the circulation flow path frame (310) and the balancer (20) and having the balancer connection flow path (324) therein, the balancer connection flow path (324) communicating with the first overflow path (320). The filter device of claim 3, wherein the balancer connection unit (350) comprises: a lower opening (352) formed at the bottom of the connection body (351) and connecting the first overflow path (320) and the balancer connection flow path (324); and a side opening (353) at a side of the connection body (351) and connected to the balancer connection flow path (324) to discharge wash water into the washing tub (10), and the side opening (353) has a smaller cross-sectional area than the lower opening (352). |
