Description | Vishnu in the guise of the man-lion (Narasimha) emerges from a pillar of the palace and out to slay the demon Hiranyakashipu. To his right stands a young man, Prince Prahlada. The scene is framed by a narrow white trim, surrounded by a wide orange-red decorative border with black framing lines; this sheet has been pasted onto a sheet of cardos paper on which a black framing line has been drawn in pencil. |
