NDLI: Old Supreme Courtroom at the Mississippi State Capitol in Jackson. The third state house to be located in Jackson, this Beaux-Arts-style building, completed in 1901, was designed to house all branches of the Mississippi state government, although now (2017) the judicial branch is housed in the Gartin Justice Building across High Street. The room is now used as a state Senate committee room
