Miss Fritzi Honick, left, and Helen Hasting, Secretary to Peter Grimm, who is making a housing survey, are compiling data which shows a surplus of less than 4 percent in housing "East" of the Mississippi. A plan is being worked out in the Treasury Department to prevent a vertical rise in rents. 10/29/35
