Tumulty, Secretary to President Wilson, testifies before the Senate lobby investigating vommittee that he received $33,000 in fees during the post two years from various utilities. He said that Munuel Quezon, president of the Phillipine senate did NOT pay him fees for advisory work from which he received $12,500. 8/7/35
