NDLI: Murphy creates new office in Justice Department. Woll named Chief. Washington, D.C., Feb. 6. Albert Woll who until today was Special Assistant to the Attorney General, was named by Murphy to head his new Bureau of Commercial Frauds under the Criminal Division. Woll will handle violations of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, 2-6-39
