NDLI: Pill-Box Fort finished in four hours. Washington, D.C., Aug. 25. Something new in speedy-built forts was built on the grounds of the Bureau of Standards today in four hours. Karl P. Billner, Swedish Inventor, supervised the building of the pill box which was done by his new invention as the vacuum concrete invention. Mr. Billner, is looking over the finished product, 8/25/38
