NDLI: Government ownership of railroads predicted by former ICC commissioner. Washington, D.C., Dec. 9. Unless the railroads show greater cooperation in the future, Government ownership is inevitable, Mark W. Potter, former ICC Commissioner, told the Senate Rail Inquiry Committee today. Potter is the former Receiver and Director of the Chicago, Milwaukee, and St. Paul Railroad. 12/9/37
