NDLI: Cherry pie for the President. Washington D.C. July 8. The cherry queen of the National Cherry Festival Miss Eliene Lyon, of Traverse City, Mich. Today presented to the president this huge cherry pie. The pie was received for the President by his secretary Marvin McIntyre, on the left is Senator Prentiss Brown of Michigan, who accompanied Miss Lyon to the White House.
