NDLI: Named to Federal Power Commission. Washington D.C. June 19. John W. Scott, of Indiana, has been appointed a member of the Federal Power Commission by President Roosevelt. He s쳮ds Herbert J. Drane, whose term expires June 22. At present Scott is a Special Assistant to the Attorney General and is charge of the 75 PWA Power cases. 6/19/37
