The Presidential candidate Lemke and his backer Dr. Townsend are shown as they conferred about the new Townsend Plan now to be called the 'General Welfare Bill'. Dr. Townsend who goes to court on Feb. 8 for contempt charges against him said today that, "I have nothing but contempt for the House Committee"
