NDLI: Ski hut and tow built by Clinton Gilbert, farmer in Woodstock, Vermont. The first ski town in the United States was built on this property and it has increased his income about twenty five percent, and enables him to do many repairs on this property. He has about 150 acres and about twenty-three cows and makes about one hundred gallons maple syrup annually
