NDLI: Army truck manufacture (Dodge). Cab assemblies entering huge rust-proofing ovens. In this process the raw sheet metal of the cabs is treated with various chemicals before any finishing coats are applied. This rust-proofing insures against the spread of rust in cases of accidents which damage the finish of the metal after the trunk has been put into service
