On each side are three embossed seals, each bears a different design, the top right and bottom right seals state "Seal of the City of Philadelphia 1701", the others are illegible. Also shows at bottom the wampum belt given to William Penn by the Natives at the signing of the "Great Treaty" under the "Treaty Elm" at Shackamaxon. |
