NDLI: Swearing in new Supreme Court justice at Albany Photo shows Samuel I. Rosenman being sworn in as New York State Supreme Court justice by Chief Judge Cuthbert W. Pound of the Court of Appeals, in the presence of Governor Roosevelt at Albany, March 24. Rosenman was counsel to the governor until appointed to the bench by Mr. Roosevelt.
