Tippie gets the attention of a woman who fills the bowl, but while Tippie is distracted another dog comes to drink from the bowl; Tippie attempts to drive off the dog, but when it growls, Tippie is frightened. Then a chicken comes to drink at the bowl, so Tippie chases it; returning to the bowl Tippie finds a frog in it and gives chase again knocking out all the water.
