Description	Photographs show employees of various industries, focusing on steel mills in Buffalo, N.Y., and representing both men and women of different ethnic backgrounds. Steel companies extensively documented include Atlas Steel, Republic Steel, Ford Stamping, and Shenango. Also includes photographs of the Buffalo China pottery factory, Westinghouse, and Chevrolet showing primarily women workers, as well as a few photographs of Billy Penn, a steel company in Philadelphia, PA. In addition to their portraits in the workplace, Rogovin captures workers at home with their families. In some cases, Rogovin returned approximately 10 years later to take photographs at the subjects' homes again.
