NDLI: Front side view of C-82, the newest transport shown at demonstration of equipment held by United States Army Air Forces. It has twin boom tail, wing span of 106 feet, and tricycle landing gear. Engines are mounted at forward ends of the booms. Wings are of gull design. Developed solely for hauling heavy military cargo on rough fields near battle points
