This project is being built by the Navy at a cost of $3,356,000 to house married enlisted personnel and civilians employed at the Norfolk naval base. Of the 1,362 units, 1,062 were completed by June 1, 1941 and the other 300 scheduled for completion August 15, 1941. Rents range from $17 to $23 a month
