President's proposals for revision in the social security system : hearings before the Committee on Ways and Means, House of Representatives, Ninetieth Congress, first session, on H.R. 5710, to amend the Social Security Act to provide an increase in benefits under the old-age, survivors, and disability insurance system, to provide benefits for additional categories of individuals, to provide health insurance to the disabled, to improve the public assistance program and programs relating to the welfare and health of children, to revise the income tax treatment of the aged, and for other purposes.
